Flip the Switch! Its Mental

In order to get the full benefits to regular exercise such as stress relief for example requires a mastery of the mind. If our minds arent in the right places then we cant enjoy and create the mental and physical euphoria associated with exercising. You gotta "Flip the Switch"! Be a champion and not just a participant.
Let me give you an example. Ok so your preforming and old school. full sit up , your ten reps in with ten to go. There are two states of mind. 1st off you could be thinking " OMg this sucks and Im not going to make it!" if you haven't guessed thats the wrong state of mind. 2ndly And the proper state of mind would sound more like, " Hell Yes! Im strong, cant be stopped I can do this all day!" I dont know how to explain or prove it but, that how winners work out.
Another example would be a standard curl ,you could lolly gag and count out unenthusiastically till you finish your set. Not good! The proper way to curl would be to suck your abbs tight, glare at the mirror in front of you and smoothly yet intensely get that weight curled. Feel your strength , embrace it , get mean and get tough!
So as you work out tonight Flip the Switch! enough said.
