A Responsible Trainer
Every thing in life worth doing, is worth doing good! As I began to think about what makes a great personal trainer , my first thought was responsibility. We trainers are responsable for the clients safety first and foremost. People come to us for help, not a hurt back! That being said what else are we responsible for, and what makes us great when we are on point?
Lets assume we a trainer knows his stuff ,and has the general knowlege of the body, and its systems. A deep level of Focus projected onto the client is the first indicator you are training with a pro. We prepare for you, have a workout planned and will be watching you intently as you preform our little physical challenge. Trainers must deliver effective work outs , thats responsibility number two.

The Right Hand Reserved for Knock Outs!
The right hand can best be explained , as the power punch. This punch should only follow a jab and never be thrown with out one. It has to be set up and should not be wasted haphazardly. The body reacts as a spring curled and released when the right is thrown. In fact it makes no difference male or female when it comes to potential striking power, its purely a matter of physics. Its just one of the knock out punches you will develop , nothing can be as simple as the old one ,two! Thats also your first combo, a jab followed by a right hand bomb! Got it!!? Contact me today for your first lesson.

The Jab explained. One of a boxers most format-able offensive and defensive weapons a boxer has in his arsenal. It is meant to be thrown form the lead hand. It should be quick ,full of snap, and used to set up and feel out future punches. It can be used in defense, and must be used in a comprehensive offense. If a fighter doesn't have a jab he doesn't have any business in the ring.
